The Women to Watch Awards celebrate individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of women in accounting. We welcome nominations of individuals of all gender identities who embody this mission. While the program is called Women to Watch, we welcome nominations of individuals of all genders who are dedicated allies and advocates for supporting women in the profession.

Nominees must be MassCPAs members and active with the Society. Nominations are due Monday, June 30, 2025.

Honorees will be celebrated at the Women’s Leadership Summit on Tuesday, October 28 at the Marriott Newton.
